About Us

At PMA Academy we are affiliated to Mauricio Gomes Legacy program . We offer everything from Jiu- Jitsu classes for children, teens and adults to Jiu Jitsu inspired fitness classes, including self defense classes for both men and women. Our programs cater to all and we aim to make the experience as personal and enriching as possible. Jiu- Jitsu is an beautiful art, and we have a vision of how it should be taught as a means for individual development and success.

All our adult instructors are first aid trained and brown belt and above .
